Subcutaneous Injection

An injection into the layer of tissue just under the skin.

A subcutaneous (“sub-Q”) injection is delivered into the fatty layer between the skin and muscle. Many self-administered peptides are recorded as subcutaneous in tracking apps.

In PeptideWiz you can note the administration route and the specific injection site when you log a dose, which supports site rotation over time.
