A dose log — also called an administration — is a recorded event marking an item as taken, skipped, delayed, or missed at a scheduled time. Each log can carry optional details: injection site, side effects, a note, a photo, or a check-in.
Your logs are the raw data behind adherence, streaks, history, and the CSV export.
