Schedule & Frequency
How often an item is due: daily, every other day, specific days, or a custom cycle.
A schedule defines how often an item is due. PeptideWiz supports daily, every-other-day, specific days of the week, every-X-days, and custom on/off cycles, each starting from a date you choose.
The schedule drives what appears on Today, populates the calendar, and sets when reminders fire.
Not medical advice. PeptideWiz is a tracking and organization tool. These definitions are general education only — not medical advice, a recommendation, or instructions for use. Always work with a licensed medical provider.
Frequently asked questions
What is a schedule and frequency in PeptideWiz?
A schedule defines how often an item is due, such as daily, every other day, specific days of the week, or a custom cycle. PeptideWiz uses it to generate due dates, drive reminders, and calculate your adherence. Schedules are provider-directed, so set them to match the plan you were given.
How do I set an every-other-day schedule?
When adding or editing an item, choose the every-other-day frequency and pick a start date. PeptideWiz then marks the item due on alternating days and skips the days in between. You can change the frequency later if your provider-directed plan changes.
Can I schedule an item for specific days of the week?
Yes. PeptideWiz lets you select specific weekdays, for example Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so the item is due only on those days. This is useful for plans that do not fall on a simple daily or alternating pattern. For more complex patterns you can use a custom cycle instead.
What schedule types does PeptideWiz support?
PeptideWiz supports daily, every other day, specific days of the week, and custom on/off cycles. Each item can have its own schedule, so different peptides or supplements can follow different frequencies. The schedule you choose drives due dates, reminders, and adherence tracking.
