Measurement & Check-in
Periodic self-recorded values (e.g., weight) and notes to track progress.
A measurement is a self-recorded value — such as weight or another number you choose — and a check-in is a periodic note. Together they let you follow trends alongside your dose history.
Measurements and check-ins appear on the Progress tab and are included in the CSV export.

Frequently asked questions
What is a measurement or check-in in the app?
A measurement is a value you record yourself at a point in time, such as weight or a body measurement, optionally with a note. Check-ins let you capture these on a regular basis so you can see how they change over your protocol. They are for your own progress tracking and are separate from your dose logs.
How often should I do a check-in?
There is no required interval; you choose a cadence that fits what you are tracking, such as weekly weigh-ins or a monthly photo. Recording at a consistent time of day and under similar conditions tends to make trends easier to read. You can add or skip a check-in at any time without affecting your dosing schedule.
Can I add notes to a check-in?
Yes. Each measurement can include a free-text note where you can jot context like sleep, hydration, or how you felt that day. These notes stay attached to the value so you can review them together later. For symptoms tied to a specific dose, use the side effect log instead.
Does the app do anything with my measurements?
PeptideWiz stores your measurements and displays them over time so you can spot trends alongside your adherence. It presents the data you enter and does not interpret results or offer medical conclusions. Any decisions about what the numbers mean for you are best discussed with a licensed provider.
Can I record measurements in different units?
Yes, you can log values in the units you prefer, such as pounds or kilograms for weight. Keeping the same unit across check-ins keeps your trend line consistent and easy to compare. If you need to switch between units, the converter can help you translate a value.
