Inventory & Refill Reminders
The remaining amount of an item, with reminders before you run out or it expires.
Inventory tracks how much of an item you have left. As you log doses, PeptideWiz deducts from inventory so you can see what remains and get a refill reminder before running out, plus an expiration reminder as a date approaches.
Accurate vial and dose entries keep inventory and refill timing meaningful.

Frequently asked questions
How do I track how much peptide I have left?
PeptideWiz keeps a running count of the remaining amount for each item in your inventory. When you log a dose as taken, the app deducts the amount used so your remaining total stays current. You can also adjust the count manually whenever you add a new vial or correct a value.
How does the app know when to remind me to refill?
The app estimates your run-out date from your remaining amount and your active schedule, then sends a refill reminder a few days ahead so you have time to reorder or reconstitute. You can set the lead time to match how long resupply usually takes. If your dosing or supply changes, updating the inventory count recalculates the estimate.
Can I get an alert before an item expires?
Yes. When you record an expiration or beyond-use date for a vial, PeptideWiz can notify you before that date arrives. This is especially useful after reconstitution, since a mixed vial has a shorter usable window than a sealed one. Expiry alerts and refill reminders work independently, so you can enable either or both.
How do I add a new vial or restock an item?
Open the item in your inventory and add the new quantity, along with the expiration or beyond-use date if you have one. The app adds the amount to your remaining total and recalculates your projected run-out date. For a freshly mixed vial, the reconstitution calculator can help you confirm the concentration you are logging.
What should I do with used vials and needles?
PeptideWiz tracks quantities for planning, but it does not handle physical disposal. Used sharps and empty vials should be discarded following safe disposal practices rather than placed loose in household trash. FDA sharps disposal
