Titration

Titration is the practice of adjusting an amount gradually over time, always as directed by a healthcare provider. Rather than starting at a fixed amount, a schedule may step up or down at set intervals. PeptideWiz can help you log these changes but does not set or recommend any titration schedule.

One real-world example is the dose-escalation schedule described in the semaglutide (Wegovy) label, which steps the amount up over several weeks under medical supervision. Your healthcare provider decides whether and how to titrate, including the amounts and timing.
